Claims

Claims:

The Innov8ions Financial Services Team is dedicated to making the claim process a lot less stressful than the incident that caused your loss or damage.

What is a claim?

When you make a claim on an insurance policy, you are formally notifying the insurance company that you have suffered a loss or damage that you believe is covered by the policy and you are requesting action. The insurer will review your claim and see if the event or circumstances are risks covered by the policy. You will need to provide proof it is a genuine claim and the insurer will need to be certain the claim satisfies the terms and conditions of your insurance policy.

Important information to note:

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ALL CLAIMS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS IN WHICH TO SUBMIT THE CLAIM, OTHERWISE YOUR CLAIM COULD BE REPUDIATED.
  • In event of a possible claim, don’t accept any liability, as it might invalidate the policy. It is the insurers right to defend any potential claim against them.
  • Unpaid premiums will result in an invalid claim.
